Data points moving through the internet

Update, 4/16/2020: The SBA announced on April 16, 2020 that the initial $349 billion authorization for loans under the Paycheck Protection Program has been exhausted. Here’s what you need to know.

Update, 4/10/2020: We know that navigating the various relief options can be a challenge. Jackson Lewis has published a flow chart to help businesses understand their eligibility and opportunity for forgiveness under the Paycheck Protection Program.

Update 4/6/2020: We’ve created a specialized report that is currently available for SurePayroll users to help make applying for a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan simpler. Log into your account to get your report today! Note that household employers are not eligible for a PPP loan.

Update, 3/17: In order to phase our staff to remote work, we are adjusting service hours for Wednesday, March 18th and will be available for phone and chat support from 7AM to 5PM CT.

A letter from our General Manager, John Cumbee

Over the last several weeks coronavirus (COVID-19) has quickly spread across the globe. During these uncertain times, the entire SurePayroll team wishes you, your families, and your employees safety and good health.

As you are focused on getting through this pandemic, we are focused on partnering with you to continue your business as (close to as) usual as is possible.

SurePayroll has a comprehensive contingency and business continuity plan in place, and we are executing accordingly. First and foremost, this means taking care of our people: our employees, our customers, and our partners, including accounting for:

  • Geographically-dispersed teams: SurePayroll’s footprint is not contained within one geography; in fact we have customer service centers and team members located across 5 separate offices in 3 states.
  • Remote-ready workforce: The entire SurePayroll organization is equipped to be fully functional and provide uninterrupted service should employees be required to work from home. In fact, many of our employees work remotely during any given week, ensuring no change of process or experience for customers.

Outside of ensuring our team is supported to best support you, our product is designed to help you automate and simplify payroll processing.

Use our mobile apps to run payroll anywhere, right from your smart phone; your employees can also access their paystubs and review deductions from their mobile device.

AutoPayroll is another option to simplify your business processes. If you run the same payroll every pay period, whether for salary or hourly employees,  you can set your payroll on cruise control and never have to worry about logging in and approving payroll or missing the payroll processing cut-off.

We are committed to being as transparent and proactive in our communications as this ever-changing situation allows.

We realize you have choices when it comes to running payroll for your business, and we truly appreciate your choice to use SurePayroll. We started 20 years ago with a mission to serve America’s small businesses and that mission is even more critical in these trying times.

Stay safe and stay healthy. We will get through this together.
