The Six Months Free Small Business Payroll Over One Year Promotion

The Six Months Free Small Business Payroll Over One Year Promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from March 1, 2024, until March 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

The Promotion will consist of six (6) months of free SurePayroll payroll services (“Payroll”) for Eligible Clients over a twelve (12) month period. Free Payroll shall consist of standard monthly payroll processing fees for the payroll plan you select (“Subscription Fees”) and monthly per-employee fees (“Per Employee Fees” and, together with Subscription Fees, the “Payroll Fees”). An “Eligible Client” is a client who: (1) is not currently receiving payroll services from SurePayroll; (2) is not a household employer client; (3) has not processed payroll with SurePayroll in the 90 days prior to commencing payroll services; (4) completes all enrollment paperwork as required by SurePayroll; (5) opens a payroll account with SurePayroll during the Promotion Period; and (6) has an active account with SurePayroll for twelve (12) consecutive months.

Eligible Clients will be charged Payroll Fees on alternating months starting with the second month after your payroll account is opened and concluding with the twelfth month. Eligible Clients will not be charged Payroll Fees on the following months over a 12-month period after your payroll account is opened: Months 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11. The Promotion is limited to six months of free Payroll. Fees for expedited payroll, year-end fees, multi-state filing, accounting software integration and other services are not included in the Promotion. The Promotion is only available to Eligible Clients.

Your six months of free Payroll will begin once you receive notification that your payroll account is open. You must have an active payroll account with SurePayroll for a span of twelve (12) consecutive months in order to receive the full six (6) months of free Payroll. Any unused portion of the Promotion is not redeemable in U.S. currency or for any other entity. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other payroll offer and is a limited-time offer that is only available during the Promotion Period. Following the completion of the 12-month span in which the Eligible Client received free Payroll, SurePayroll will debit your account for Payroll Fees on the first date of your monthly service period for all subsequent months that you have an active payroll account with SurePayroll. The Three Months Free Household Payroll Over Six Months Promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from March 1, 2024, until May 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

The Promotion will consist of three (3) months of free SurePayroll payroll services (“Payroll”) for Eligible Clients over a six (6) month period. Free Payroll shall consist of standard monthly payroll processing fees for the payroll plan you select (“Subscription Fees”) and monthly per-employee fees (“Per Employee Fees” and, together with Subscription Fees, the “Payroll Fees”).
